Sun&Lynn Circuits Rigid flex PCB manufactures and supplies quality flex-rigid and flexible PCBs at affordable prices. We manufacture them through sequential designing of flexible component layers like base polyimide, copper, cover-lay, and stiffeners attached by adhesive epoxy or acrylic layers. Our capacity is not limited to single-sided, double-sided (with or without PTH), multi-layer, and flex-rigid circuit boards.

The materials we use must be suitable for either static (for example, once only bend into a camera) or dynamic uses (for example, hard disk drive). Usually, we apply stiffeners in the flexible areas where components are fixed. Flex circuit boards are more expensive to manufacture than rigid PCBs because of their complexity and materials.
