Since the 1990s, surface mounting has further developed from flat package (QFP) to spherical array package (BGA).

The development history of circuit board in China

In 1956, China began PCB development work.

60-70 years, began mass production of single panel, but at that time was affected by various factors, printed board technology development is slow, making the entire production technology behind the advanced level of foreign countries.

By the 1980s, the advanced level of single-sided, double-sided and multi-layer printed board production lines were introduced from abroad.
